Every month the Help24x7 feeds over 6,000 needy people in the drought and flood afflicted areas of Tamil Nadu, which comprise some of the poorest regions of India. Yet, there are hundreds of thousands of more children whom we are not able to help due to lack of financial resources. For as little as $50 a month you can sign up as a monthly donor and help save these people. For every one dollar you give, three nourishing meals can be distributed to these needy people.

Education For Poor Children

The 1986 National Policy on Education (NPE) first emphasized universalization of elementary education (UEE) as a national priority. Yet, despite a huge expansion in India’s formal education system in the last few decades, there are still roughly 50-60 million children out of school in the age group 6-14 years, or nearly 25 percent of total child population in the elementary age group.

Help 24x7 stands for over 500 physically challenged persons have been provided with mobility aids, absolutely free of cost. Today most of them stand on their own 'feet' as bread winners, mothers and students, having joined the mainstream of the population as normal people.
